The position will take responsibility for a number of countries (Including United Kingdom, Ireland, Poland & South Africa) You will coordinate and drive Anti Piracy enforcement efforts as well as specialist work on enforcment activities to penetrate and dismantle Internet source groups closed communities etc. Our client is a very exciting organisation to work for and is considered to be a leading body in the world of Anti Piracy enforcement. You will oversee, liaise and manage the relationship with local offices in selected territories. The role is mainly to support the local offices in content protection, with main focus on consultation and co-ordination.
Apart from the operational responsibility, we are looking for someone who is "tech savvy" and will focus on our "source piracy"
investigations (including screener leaks, topsites and release groups).

| Candidate profile: |
In general, we are looking for someone with international scope and experience in managing operations on the ground. Someone that is "technically / internet savvy" and can adapt to environment where more and more operations are internet focused (including ISP outreach, content recognition technology, various content distribution platforms - e.g. newsgroups, p2p etc).
Experienced in working with Agencies such as Europol and Interpol is advantageous. Possibly you may have a Law Enforcement background within cyber crime / Internet Investigations but we are very keen that this person has gained experience with a commercial organisation where diplomacies and sensitivities are key to winning hearts & minds. Applicants from the commercial sector with considerable experience of managing online Anti Piracy Strategy but with strong hands on Investigations experience in this highly specialist area are prefered. Position will be based in Belgium and we would consider this to be a local appointment therefore applicants must be prepared to live and work in Belgium.

| Job description: |
Manage two UK based teams of technical specialists who will be responsible for technical support and security of company systems, applications, and databases. This will entail management of the Database & Application Support team working with the Senior DBA, and direct day to day leadership of the Security Team.
Provide liaison between UK and US teams ensuring that effective processes and procedures are put in place and followed. Participate in regular meetings with IT security colleagues, including North America.
Ensure that all systems are effectively monitored to provide optimum security, performance and availability. Ensure constant monitoring of the environment for security vulnerabilities or breaches.
Ensure processes and procedures are in place to maintain security and integrity of the Information & Technology environment – and that these are adhered too.
Ensure backup and recovery (incl disaster) strategies are in place and kept up to date.

| Candidate profile: |
Proven team leadership and management experience within a fast moving streamlined organisation. Proven experience in security policy creation / implementation with formal Security qualification – preferably CISM , GIAC or CISSP qualified.
Excellent communications skills and comfortable developing relationships across the whole business. Sound working knowledge of as many as possible of the following:
Internet-facing system design and security, including multi-tier DMZ architectures
Firewall configuration and management
Risk Assessment and incident management processes / practices
Security hardening and compliance monitoring
Virus protection and intrusion detection tools and systems
Oracle
Windows Server
VMWare

In every area of my clients business, security of information is of fundamental importance. Which is why, within their IS department, they have a dedicated Assurance team who focus on how well they are doing. As part of this team, you'll turn the spotlight on different areas of the business, including third parties, leading around 25 assurance reviews each year. Your objective on each will be to ensure that they comply with their own IS Policies and the international standard for information security (ISO27001).
And wherever you do find any shortcomings, of course, you will be expected you to suggest how improvements could be made and ensure they are followed through.

| Candidate profile: |
You're already a success in an IS, Assurance, Audit or Risk Management, professionally qualified, and experienced in working with ISO27001. Knowledge of PCI DSS would also be an advantage. Seeking a new challenge, you'll display exemplary analytical and problem-solving qualities, and you'll exude a personal confidence founded on your experience. You'll work with the business, building and maintaining relationships, and supporting others in improving their information security. Working alone or leading a small team, you'll be capable of planning and delivering assurance reviews on-time, culminating in high quality reports to Senior Management, based on robust testing. The role will involve working on-site in different areas of the business, so you must also be prepared to travel and occasionally stay overnight.
