Job description: To manage the design, maintenance, installation and commissioning activities in line with our clients contractual obligations and to customers’ complete satisfaction.
To manage a variety of projects that will improve the quality and profitability of our business (asset management, performance management, in – house training etc.)
To manage Fire Alarm Engineers in all aspect of their role, including routine and reactive maintenance to a broad range of fire safety equipment, and the installation and commissioning of fire safety equipment
This role necessitates being office based for at least 2-3 days per week, and the remainder of the time being spent in the field with clients / staff.

Candidate profile: Extensive knowledge of fire protection systems in commercial and industrial premises.
Fully Conversant with BS5839:2002.
Previous contract management experience, particularly budget control, quality system and staff management.
Client-focused with excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
Experience of supervising others.
Comprehensive technical knowledge and experience in fault finding, installation and commissioning
Able to schedule work effectively.
Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
Good time management skills.
Flexibility
A strong work ethic with honesty and integrity.
Willingness to learn new products/systems.

Must be proficient & conversant with DIALux. (Ltg design software)
Experience with Photoshop (Creating Visualisations) Nice to have but not essential

The main aim of this role would be to manage the UK and Ireland support operation for our security systems division. You will manage the Service department both financially and within budget and achieve the financial objectives set as well as ensuring that NSI/European standards are in place at all times. You will also manage a team of Service Coordinators and field based Service Engineers throughout the UK to ensure that an efficient and reliable service is provided to our customers.

Candidate profile: Your duties will include overseeing customer care performance, arrange audits where appropriate, collate performance statistics, ensure monthly invoice targets are achieved, resolve credit control issues and liaise with key clients to develop relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
Commutable to the office in the Avon/South West area.
Previous experience within the service industry and knowledge of security systems

Job description: An experienced Project Manager is required to work both internally and externally on delivery of contracts for this Surrey based company.
Customers are generally operating within the public transport market.
Duties include:
Maintain ongoing relationship with key clients at all levels

Relay product information to customers

Experience and Qualifications
It’s essential that the candidate has extensive project management experience and a sound commercial understanding. A history of train industry related CCTV installations would be advantageous as would experience of the delivery of technical CCTV systems and services.
The candidate will be prepared to work in a dynamic, pressurised environment whereby priorities change frequently. The candidate will have an understanding of operational implementation, be well presented and have good interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills including oral and written - proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
Influencing and relationship management skills
Previous experience of commercial activity in an innovative business environment
Ability to understand, document and communicate technical functions and customer requirements to all levels across the business
Understanding the application of project delivery methodology
Ability to build strong working relationships with people internally and externally

Candidate profile: Key Tasks
Support the business on site liaisons, surveys, customer and supplier meetings
Prepare method statements, Form A/B, diagrams, surveys scopes of work and any other project related documentation in conjunction business and customer requirements
Provide Operations and Technical Departments with post sales information through the handover process
Develop working projects on MS Project and manage changes
Work alongside customers to ensure they are satisfied at all times
Support development through relaying customer feedback and general appreciation of market trends
Salary
£34,785 basic per annum + 30% commission.
The company will provide a car such as Ford Mondeo/Audio A3/4 or similar, or cash for car on request. A fuel card may be available by agreement.
25 days per annum annual leave
Based at the Company’s Surrey office. However, significant travel and working away from the office will be required
Working hours are general 9.00 to 5.30 or those required to achieve the targets and objectives set out in the job description
